I confess that the State of New Mexico's web site for filing income tax returns is just horrible. The person that designed it should be fired immediately. It asks you if you want to take a deduction, but never presents a field where you can enter the deduction and then it complains that in order to take the deduction you have to enter an amount. It is a piece of crap!
