I ratted on my employer about what I thought was insurance fraud on his part. What I didn't know was that he inadvertantly defrauded several companies by mistake.
Now he is going to jail.
I only wanted him to get in a little trouble and maybe owe some money. Now his wife has left him. He's not that bad of a guy and I feel VERY bad for turning him in. Oh - and I'm out of a job because our branch closed as a result of my secret phone call. If my co-workers knew they'd kill me.
