i have a rubber band on my wrist right now.
i have been snapping it all night, and my wrist is now a nice pink color.
i did it because my dad's girlfriend and her kids were over. they were loud and obnoxious and dont belong here at all.
the rubber band gave me something to concentrate on.
all i have to do is explain the pink wrist to people.
especially my friend who used to cut. i made her stop, and now im doing something almost as bad.
but its the only way to make it stop.
