i love my job, love my coworkers, but hate the duplicity of my directors. i've been looking for a new job for the past two weeks and am on the cusp on handing in my notice. i can't wait to see the look on their faces (who think that i probably wouldn't have the guts to do this) when i tell them i'm leaving for a kick-ass company who will actually bother to train me.
