The episodes that are going to be online at Naruto.com are subbed episodes, however, officially translated. And the streamed episodes are going to keep up with the Japanese realease to prevent illegal pirating.
However, this commercial does use English voices, so I assume the dub is not far off. (I think Naruto sounds kinda older XD)
