Jay and I have gone through a considerable amount of struggles in our 9 year relationship. Money problems throughout, hostility, jealousy, an affair (many many many many years ago)seeing too much of each other, seeing to little of each other. Having a child at 18, getting married at 19.
When it all comes down to it, statistically we should not still be married and we sure as hell shouldn't be happily married.
It is possible to go against everything and still come out on top. We did and now we are closer than ever, financially set, and happy! We went through years of hell together and now we are in heaven. All it takes is some very hard work, stubbornness, love, being able to forgive and a big desire for each other.
It can be done. We are proof.
